WalkMe Ltd. Calls Shareholders to Approve SAP Merger

WalkMe (WKME) has released an update.

WalkMe Ltd. has announced a special and annual general meeting of shareholders on August 7, 2024, to vote on a Merger Agreement with SAP SE, where WalkMe will become a wholly owned subsidiary at $14.00 per share. Shareholders will also consider the re-election of directors, the re-appointment of auditors, and the CEO’s compensation. The Board unanimously recommends voting for all proposals, with the merger’s success depending on majority shareholder approval.
