SAP SE Acquires WalkMe in $1.5 Billion Deal

WalkMe (WKME) has released an update.

SAP SE has finalized the acquisition of WalkMe Ltd., a leading digital adoption platform, enhancing SAP’s capabilities with WalkMe’s innovative AI technology for an improved user experience across business applications. Shareholders of WalkMe are set to receive $14 per share, with the company’s stock being suspended and delisted following a 45% premium over its June share price. The acquisition, with an equity value of $1.5 billion, marks a significant move for SAP in the tech space.
