VTEX has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, scheduled for May 24, 2024, where key resolutions will include ratifying a board member and approving the previous year’s financial statements. The meeting will take place in Grand Cayman, with all Class A and B shareholders as of April 18, 2024 invited to vote on the proposals. Shareholders can access the company’s 2023 annual report and proxy materials online and are encouraged to vote via the provided instructions in advance of the meeting.
