Vow ASA Prepares for Board Chair Succession

Vow ASA has announced a pending leadership change as Narve Reiten, the current chair of the board, is set to be replaced following a forced sale of shares by Ingerø Reiten Investment Company to DNB Bank. The nomination committee has been tasked with finding a new chair, with Reiten continuing in his role until a successor is appointed. Vow ASA specializes in pollution prevention technologies and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
