Vow ASA has announced a fully underwritten rights issue aiming to raise NOK 250 million, with key dates and terms disclosed, including a subscription price set at a 30% discount based on the upcoming EGM’s VWAP. The Rights Issue is contingent upon EGM approval and a prospectus sanctioned by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. Vow ASA, a leader in pollution prevention and waste-to-energy solutions, is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange with a strong focus on industry decarbonisation and material recycling.
