Vow ASA Board Member Buys Company Shares

Vow ASA (SSHPF) has released an update.

Thomas Borgen, a board member of Vow ASA, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 25,000 shares through TFBConsulting AS, bringing his total ownership to 123,000 shares. The transaction, which was not part of a share option programme, involved shares priced at NOK 3,09 each, amounting to a total of NOK 77,250. Vow ASA, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, is known for its solutions in waste conversion and industry decarbonization.
