Volt Resources Ltd has provided additional details regarding their previous announcement about Zavalievsky Graphite’s firm order for high-purity micronised graphite, clarifying that the proceeds will benefit ZG directly and not Volt’s financial statements due to their 70% interest being accounted for by the equity method. The update also highlights Volt’s ongoing projects, including the development of the Bunyu Graphite Project in Tanzania and the acquisition of lithium-borate mineralisation licenses in Serbia, as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its position in the critical minerals and battery materials market.
