Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has repurchased 25,458,838 of its own shares on June 27, 2024, at prices ranging from 69.56 to 70.40 pence per share, with the intention of holding them in treasury. This move is part of an ongoing share buyback program, resulting in Vodafone now holding over 1.47 billion shares in treasury while the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at approximately 26.74 billion, excluding those held in treasury.
