Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has sold an additional 10% of its stake in Oak Holdings, the entity behind Vantage Towers, for €1.3 billion, achieving a 50:50 joint ownership with a consortium led by Global Infrastructure Partners and KKR. The sale price per share was consistent with the initial sale and brings Vodafone’s total proceeds from the sell-down in Vantage Towers to €6.6 billion. These funds will aid in Vodafone’s debt reduction efforts, aligning with their leverage target.
