Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has repurchased 3,232,232 of its ordinary shares through a transaction with Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, as part of a previously announced program. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 69.86 to 70.62 pence each and will be held in treasury, resulting in Vodafone now holding over 1.6 billion treasury shares while the total ordinary shares in issue stand at 26.57 billion excluding treasury shares.
