Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has repurchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between 72.56 and 73.00 pence per share, as part of a previously announced buyback program. The shares will be held in treasury, and following the transaction, Vodafone’s treasury will contain 1,642,424,508 shares, with the total number of shares in issue being 26,565,239,169, excluding those held in treasury. The buyback was executed by Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, with a detailed transaction schedule available on Vodafone’s website.
