Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has announced the early results of its cash tender offers for certain U.S. dollar and Euro-denominated notes set to mature between 2028 and 2031. The offers were funded by a combination of Vodafone International Financing DAC’s issuance of €600 million in new notes and existing cash reserves, satisfying the financing conditions. Noteholders who tendered their notes by the early deadline will receive the total consideration, including accrued interest, with certain notes being accepted on a prorated basis due to exceeding the maximum tender amount.
