Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has bought back 20,002,891 of its ordinary shares on August 8, 2024, at prices ranging between 72.30 pence and 73.70 pence, with the average price paid per share being 73.11 pence. These shares will be held in treasury, with Vodafone’s total treasury holdings now at 1,669,504,476 shares. The transaction is part of a previously announced share buyback program and executed by Goldman Sachs International.
