Vistry Group PLC recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 75,900 of its Ordinary 50p Shares at prices ranging from 1305.00 to 1328.00 GBp per share, with a volume weighted average price of 1316.1079 GBp. Following the buyback, the total number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 336,878,122, with the total voting rights in the company now standing at 336,247,620. The shares acquired through the buyback will be cancelled as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital structure.
