Vistry Group PLC has announced a change in its major holdings following a transaction that altered FMR LLC’s stake in the company. As of July 23, 2024, FMR LLC’s voting rights in Vistry Group dropped from 6.9% to 6.7%, with a total of 22,530,631 voting rights. The official notification to the issuer was made on July 25, 2024, with all proceedings completed in Dublin, Ireland.
