Vista Oil & Gas (VIST) has released an update.
Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. has successfully completed the repurchase of 120,220 of its Series A shares at a price of $767.97 MXN each, amounting to roughly $92.3 million MXN, excluding taxes and fees. This buyback, executed by Citibanamex, aligns with the authorization from Vista’s shareholders’ meeting in April 2023, leaving the company with 96.7 million Series A shares outstanding and over 2 million held in Treasury.
