Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV has announced the repurchase of 35,000 Series A shares at a price of $954.66 MXN each, spending approximately $33.4 million MXN, excluding additional fees. The transaction, executed by Citibanamex, leaves the company with 95,550,885 Series A shares outstanding and 3,230,141 held in Treasury. The buyback follows approvals from a recent ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
