Visionflex Group Limited is launching a fully underwritten entitlement offer aiming to raise approximately $7.1 million by issuing new shares at $0.005 each, with an attached option for every three new shares subscribed. The offer, exclusive to eligible shareholders, will commence on 4th July and close on 19th July 2024, as detailed in the prospectus distributed via the Automic Investor Portal. This capital raising initiative accompanies Visionflex’s ongoing efforts to enhance its global virtual healthcare platform.
