Visionflex Group Limited has announced the issue of 27,669,598 new unquoted options, set to expire on January 2, 2026, with an exercise price of $0.007 each. These options are not intended for ASX quotation and are part of transactions previously disclosed in an Appendix 3B. The official announcement was made on July 2, 2024.
