Vinyl Group Ltd has announced a 1-for-17 entitlement offer to raise approximately A$5.4 million, with the new shares priced at A$0.098 each, representing an 11% discount to the last closing price. The offer, split into institutional and retail components, is fully underwritten by Peloton Capital and Red Leaf Securities and is non-renounceable, with no value for entitlements not taken up. Shareholders not residing in Australia or New Zealand on the record date or acting for the benefit of US persons are ineligible to participate.
