On July 9, 2024, VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited repurchased and cancelled 50,000 of its own Ordinary Shares, affecting the total number of voting rights and shares in issue. The repurchase was executed at a price of GBP 4.95 per share, resulting in a new total of 151,807,088 voting rights in the company. Shareholders may need to adjust their notification of interest based on this new share configuration.
