VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited announced on July 16, 2024, that it has repurchased and canceled 25,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to optimize shareholder value. As a result of the buyback, the total number of shares in issue, minus treasury shares, is now 151,482,088. Shareholders can use this updated number of voting rights as a reference for reporting changes in ownership interest as per the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
