Viant Technology Addresses Board Changes and Nasdaq Compliance

An update from Viant Technology (DSP) is now available.

Elizabeth Williams has stepped down from Viant Technology Inc.’s Board of Directors and its Audit Committee, coinciding with her new role as CEO of El Pollo Loco Holdings, Inc., without any disputes over the company’s operations. This departure led to Viant Technology’s non-compliance with Nasdaq’s Audit Committee requirements, prompting a notice from Nasdaq. Viant Technology plans to rectify this by appointing a new independent director before the granted cure period expires in June 2025. This change follows the company’s annual stockholder meeting, where significant voting participation led to the election of two Class III directors and the ratification of Deloitte & Touche LLP as their independent auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.
