VEEM Limited, a marine propulsion and stabilization system designer, announces the appointment of Angus Murnaghan to its Board as an independent non-executive Director, bringing nearly 40 years of Australian equities market experience. Murnaghan’s maritime background and capital markets expertise are anticipated to enrich VEEM’s board, coinciding with the retirement of long-serving director Ian Barsden on 30 June 2024. Barsden’s departure is marked by accolades for his significant contributions and guidance throughout his tenure.
