Urbana Corporation has announced the approval of the sale of Integrated Grain Processors Co-operative Inc. to Alco Energy SA, which is expected to significantly boost Urbana’s net assets by approximately $0.16 per share. Urbana currently holds a substantial stake in IGPC, and the transaction is projected to yield a total distribution of about $64.8 million.
