Urbana Corporation has announced a correction to the ex-dividend date for its declared dividend of $0.13 per share, changing it from January 16 to January 17, 2025. This adjustment aligns the ex-dividend date with the record date for both Common and non-voting Class A shares. All other details from the previous announcement remain unchanged.
