United Microelectronics Releases Solid Mid-Year Financials

United Micro (UMC) has released an update.

United Microelectronics Corporation has published its consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2024, which have been reviewed by independent auditors. The auditors concluded that the financial statements present a fair view of the company’s financial position and performance, in accordance with relevant financial regulations and International Accounting Standard 34. The review reports highlight that some financial information related to associates and joint ventures is based on the work of other auditors.
