Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has recently repurchased 100,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging between GBP 44.0100 and GBP 44.2900 per share. These shares, now held in treasury, are part of the company’s share buy-back program initiated on 17 May 2024. The buy-back leaves Unilever with 26,645,447 ordinary shares in treasury and an issued share count of 2,494,851,891, excluding those held in treasury.
