Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has successfully bought back 100,000 of its ordinary shares at a cost ranging from GBP 44.1300 to GBP 44.7000 per share, with a volume weighted average price of GBP 44.3857. These transactions are part of an ongoing share buy-back initiative announced previously on 17 May 2024. Following the repurchase, Unilever’s treasury now contains 26,545,447 ordinary shares, while the total number of shares in issue (excluding those in treasury) stands at 2,494,951,891.
