Unilever plc (UL) has released an update.
Unilever has announced immediate changes to its Board Committee composition, including the appointment of Judith McKenna to the Compensation and Corporate Responsibility Committees, Susan Kilsby as Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee, and Adrian Hennah to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. This reshuffling is part of the company’s adherence to corporate governance rules and will take effect from May 1, 2024.
