UK Oil & Gas Investments (GB:UKOG) has released an update.
UK Oil & Gas PLC has successfully reduced its loan by repaying £55,000 through the issuance of 228,215,768 new Equity Shares to RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd. The remaining balance of the loan now stands at £0.37 million from the original £2 million. These newly issued shares are set to be admitted for trading on the AIM market around 22 May 2024.
