UK Oil & Gas PLC has been notified of a major holdings change by Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, indicating an acquisition or disposal of voting rights. As of 19th July 2024, Shore Capital now holds 13.14% of the voting rights in the company, a total of 1,073,339,884 voting rights. The notification was completed and submitted in London on the 22nd of July, 2024.
