True North Gems Inc. has announced a share consolidation and a name change to True North Resources Inc., alongside a financing placement aiming to raise between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000 through the sale of units at $0.06. The funds raised will be directed towards debt retirement, potential resource acquisitions, exploration expenditures, and general working capital.
