True North Gems Inc. is gearing up for a company transformation with a share consolidation and a name change to TGX Energy & Resources Inc. They also plan to raise up to $1.5 million through a modified placement of shares and warrants. The funds raised are intended for debt retirement, potential resource acquisitions, exploration expenditures, and general working capital.
