TIM (TIMB) has released an update.
TIM S.A. has announced a proposal for the distribution of R$300 million as interest on shareholders’ equity, at a gross value of R$0.123945910 per share, to be paid by October 23, 2024. The Fiscal Council, after reviewing the company’s financial and operational presentations, expressed a favorable opinion to proceed with the proposal. Additionally, the company provided updates on its marketing and technology agreements, internal audit plans, and the status of whistleblowing reports.
