TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume-weighted average price of 137 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme that commenced on 4 October 2023. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will subsequently reduce the total number of voting rights and shares in issue. Since the program’s start, TI Fluid Systems has acquired a total of 18,491,487 shares, aiming to enhance shareholder value and optimize its capital structure.
