TI Fluid Systems plc announced the purchase of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares on 23 July 2024 as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme, with the intention to cancel these shares, which will result in a total of 501,477,654 Ordinary Shares in issue afterwards. Since the Buy-back Programme’s initiation on 4 October 2023, the company has acquired a total of 18,791,487 shares at an average price of 141.32 GBp. This operation is consistent with the company’s strategy to manage share capital and provide shareholder value.
