TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 130 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of shares in issue will stand at 502,777,654. This move is part of a larger buy-back effort that commenced on 4 October 2023, with the company having acquired a total of 17,491,487 shares to date at an average price of 141.86 GBp.
