TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the repurchase of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 130 GBp per share as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated on 4 October 2023. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will result in a total of 502,277,654 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue. This action forms part of the larger buy-back scheme where the company has acquired nearly 18 million shares to date, aiming to enhance shareholder value.
