TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the repurchase of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 130 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated on 4 October 2023. Following the transaction, the company will have 502,377,654 Ordinary Shares in issue, with the intention to cancel the repurchased shares. Since the start of the programme, TI Fluid Systems has bought back a total of 17,891,487 shares, aiming to enhance shareholder value and optimize its capital structure.
