TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the buy-back of 55,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 130 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme initiated on 4 October 2023. The company plans to cancel the repurchased shares, which will result in a remaining total of 503,177,654 Ordinary Shares in issue, serving as the basis for shareholder notifications under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Since the Buy-back Programme’s start, TI Fluid Systems has acquired 17,091,487 shares at an average price of 142.14 GBp each.
