TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 38,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 130 GBp per share as part of its share buy-back program initiated on October 4, 2023. The total number of ordinary shares in issue post-cancellation stands at 499,704,654, which also represents the total voting rights. Since the start of the buy-back program, the company has acquired a total of 20,564,487 shares at an average price of 140.12 GBp.
