TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.

TI Fluid Systems plc has announced that as of September 30, 2024, the company’s issued share capital consists of nearly 498 million Ordinary shares with one vote per share, all of which are listed on the London Stock Exchange. Shareholders can use this total number as the benchmark for disclosing their stakes or changes to their holdings. The company, a leading global provider of automotive fluid systems, also noted that recent shares bought back for cancellation have not yet been settled and thus are not included in the voting rights total.
