TI Fluid Systems PLC has executed a buy-back of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 134.40 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing buy-back program announced on October 4, 2023. Following this transaction, the company plans to cancel the purchased shares, resulting in 502,077,654 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue. The company, a global provider of automotive fluid system solutions, has purchased a total of 18,191,487 shares since the buy-back program began, at an average price of 141.49 GBp.
