TI Fluid Systems plc (GB:TIFS) has released an update.
TI Fluid Systems plc has announced the acquisition of 100,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at a price of 134 GBp per share as part of its ongoing Share Buy-back Programme, with the intention of cancelling them. This latest purchase brings the total number of shares bought back since the programme’s initiation on October 4, 2023, to 18,091,487, at an average price of 141.53 GBp. Post-cancellation, the company will have 502,177,654 Ordinary Shares in issue, a figure relevant for shareholders’ notification requirements.
