TI Fluid Systems plc has reported the acquisition of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 138.20 to 139.00 GBp, with the intention to cancel these shares, following their ongoing buy-back program initiated on October 4, 2023. The total number of shares in issue post-cancellation will be 505,052,654, a figure relevant for shareholders regarding their notification obligations under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Overall, since the start of the program, the company has bought back 15,216,487 shares at an average price of 143.17 GBp each.
