Thor Energy plc has welcomed Mr. Timothy Armstrong as a new Non-Executive Director, bringing a wealth of financial advisory experience and an extensive institutional network from his time at Prenzler Group and his previous roles in financial PR. Armstrong’s background also includes a career as a professional cricketer and he currently serves on the board of Cooper Metals Limited. The company anticipates Armstrong’s appointment will enhance the board’s expertise as Thor Energy continues to develop its uranium and copper projects in Australia and the USA.
