Thor Energy PLC has reported a significant change in share ownership, with Spreadex LTD now holding a total voting rights position of 8.34% in the company. This new stake comprises 5.20% direct voting rights and 3.14% through financial instruments, marking a notable increase from Spreadex’s previous notification. The threshold was crossed on July 17, 2024, and Thor Energy was notified the following day.
