TBC Bank (GB:TBCG) has released an update.
TBC Bank Group PLC has announced the issuance of 871,937 new Scrip Dividend Shares, to be listed on the London Stock Exchange’s main market, effective 19 July 2024. These shares will be part of the company’s scrip dividend program and will rank equally with existing shares. Additionally, the company corrected a previous total voting rights announcement, updating the figure to reflect the accurate count as of 30 June 2024.
