TBC Bank (GB:TBCG) has released an update.
TBC Bank Group PLC has announced the admission of 871,937 new ordinary shares to be traded on the London Stock Exchange starting 22 July 2024, as part of a scrip dividend program. Post-admission, the bank will have a total of 56,202,664 shares with corresponding voting rights, maintaining its status as a leading banking group in Georgia with significant market shares in customer loans and deposits.
